Orders are sent through USPS from West Coast USA. Domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 business days, but may take longer. Tracking is included. I use a site called Pirateship to manage my mail orders, so if you see that in your inbox don't be alarmed haha.
International orders take anywhere from 1-4 weeks (sadly) and tracking might not be provided. See if USPS provides tracking for international mail to your country here.
Shipping may be affected or suspended for some countries. See if your country is currently listed on the USPS International Service Alerts.

Prints are mailed inside plastic sheets and backed by chipboard in a rigid mailer. (This is the reason why shipping costs end up like that, since mail that needs to stay rigid is processed differently from letters!)
The paper is matte light card stock. They are thicker than normal paper but still floppy, and have a little sheen under light but are not glossy.
